Excavator Bucket Rebuilds
Buckets take more abuse than almost any part of a machine. Over time the cutting edge, sides and bottom wear thin, cracks start at the stress points, and the bucket stops doing its job. Rather than replacing the whole thing, a rebuild brings it back with fresh steel where it's needed and welds that hold.
Our gallery shows this work from start to finish: a worn excavator bucket arriving on a flatbed ready for rebuild, and bucket repair and rebuild work in the shop. Each one gets inspected, cut back to solid metal, rebuilt and reinforced so it goes back to work stronger than it came in.
Loaders, Forklifts and Other Equipment
We work on more than buckets. One job in our photos is a CAT 966K wheel loader brought in on a flatbed for heavy equipment service. Another shows a CAT forklift in the fabrication shop for maintenance. Big or small, the approach is the same: find what's actually wrong, fix it properly, and get the machine back in service.
Cracked boom arms, broken attachments and worn mounts are all part of the regular work. We repair and reinforce them so the same crack doesn't come back.
Brake and Axle Repair Welding
Heavy equipment brake and axle repair welding is another job in our gallery. Running gear carries the weight of the machine and everything it moves, so these repairs need durable, high-strength welds and careful work.
In the Shop or On Site
If the machine can be hauled in, we'll work on it in the shop in Lyman, Maine. If it can't, mobile and field welding means we can come to it. We serve Lyman, Sanford, Springvale and southern York County with honest, fair pricing and a reliable turnaround. Call (207) 752-7870 and describe the job.
